1. Description
Suitable for the continuous production of lead sheathing of cable or lead vulcanized rubber tube.
The line is composed of a lead ingot feeding mechanism, melting furnace, holding furnace, Ω lead output tube, extrusion
unit, a gearbox and water tank, screw and nut, die holder, gear lubrication device, circulating cooling water device, gantry type
take-up and pay-off, cable tray, and electric control system.
The extrusion unit works under constant temperature, constant speed, and pressure. The thickness of the lead coating will be
uniform, continuous, adjustable, and of high production efficiency
Adopts MMI+PLC control, the whole line synchronization control, and the operation status monitoring. The process data
can be modified, stored, and retrieved, and the operation is convenient.

All electrical control system designs are advanced and adopt programmable logic controller (PLC) + human machine interface
(touch screen) to control, it can also control the linkage of the whole line control and monitor the running status.
