copper wire. Anneal copper wire in line to the soft state
Single-head and double-head wire-drawing machines are available
It can be configured with a single spooler, an automatic dual spooler and a vertical coiler.
The machine is equipped with 4 groups of multi-layer extension wheels with the surface having tungsten carbide
treatment, which provides a long service life.
The machine is provided with an MMI+PLC control system, production line synchronisation control, and online monitoring.
The process parameters can be modified/stored/read on the touch screen, with easy and fast operation.
Optional: threading machine, heat exchanger, steam generator for the drawing solution, and filter.
