1. Description

 Suitable for extrusion granulation of PVC cable compound, low-smoke halogen-free cable material, 10-35kv chemical

cross-linked cable material and semiconductor shielded cable material.

 The reciprocating two-stage continuous extruder unit is composed of a reciprocating single screw mixer and a single screw

extruder with T-type distribution.

 It is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving plastic extrusion mixing equipment with 25% energy saving compared to

with a common extruder.

 Uniform cutting effect, no melting temperature peak value. Both radial mixing and axial mixing, the product stays for a

short time with high filling capacity and effective injection of liquid components, short conversion time, excellent self-

cleaning, quick cleaning and high utilisation rate of equipment.

 The formula system configuration: automatic weighing system for granule, automatic weighing and forced feeding

system for powder, an automatic dosing system for liquid.

 Adopt the MMI+PLC control system, automatic batching. The process parameters can be modified, stored and called.

Operation is simple and convenient.

 Optional cutting methods: water ring cutting, eccentric water mist cutting, etc.

 It can be equipped with a variety of packaging systems, bin collecting, ton bag collecting, automatic weighing &

bagging, automatic weighing, manual bagging and so on.
